Terms of Service

Important Notice

By enrolling in our courses, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TNCS Computer Education Pvt. Ltd.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to availability and payment of applicable course fees.
Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of enrollment.
Course schedules, content, and instructors may change with prior notice to enrolled students.
Students must complete enrollment formalities within 7 days of provisional admission.
Batch transfers are permitted once per course subject to availability and management approval.

3. Student Conduct

Students must maintain professional conduct within institute premises and online platforms.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Damage to institute property will result in recovery of costs from the student.
Any form of misconduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
Students must follow the dress code and attendance requirements specified by their center.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of courses and clearance of all outstanding dues.
Certificate verification is available online through our official verification portal at no additional cost.
Duplicate certificates can be requested within 2 years of issuance for a nominal processing fee.
Certificates remain the intellectual property of TNCS and may be revoked in cases of fraud or misrepresentation.
Digital certificates are delivered via email; physical certificates are dispatched within 30 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and software are copyrighted by TNCS Computer Education.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials during their enrolled period.
Logo, brand name, and trademarks of TNCS may not be used without explicit written permission.

6. Placement Services

Placement assistance is provided as an additional service but employment is not guaranteed.
Final placement depends on the student's performance, skills, market conditions, and employer requirements.
Students must maintain minimum attendance of 85% and pass all examinations to be eligible for placement support.
TNCS acts as a facilitator between students and employers; employment contracts are between the student and employer.

7. Franchise Terms

Franchise agreements are governed by separate, detailed contracts between TNCS and the franchise partner.
All franchise rights, territories, and operational guidelines are as specified in the franchise agreement.
Franchise partners must comply with quality standards, curriculum guidelines, and brand usage policies.
Termination of franchise agreements follows the process outlined in the respective franchise contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

TNCS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total course fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online platforms and are not liable for technical disruptions.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders) may affect service delivery without liability.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior understandings regarding our services.
